Monroe is a very sweet, lovable girl who just wants attention. She is great on walks, with children, other dogs, and even on road trips. She also loves to hike!  Monroe is the perfect dog for any family and would do very well in a house with another pet, as she seems to want companionship and does not do well by herself. Monroe is a joy to watch, as she is full of spunk and enjoys frolicking through the park. She is also a extremely intelligent dog. She has broken out of her kennel several times and each time when her foster arrives home she has placed her leash and ipod in the middle of the floor as if to say "I am ready...take me out" Her foster mom would love nothing more than to see Monroe adopted out to a wonderful family or person who will give her the time and attention that she needs. There is no doubt that she will make a great companion for anyone who gives her a chance to win their hearts!
