**UPDATE-New Photos added** What a vivacious big guy this is.  Gilbert is a pretty boy (but we won't let that go to his head!)  who sports cropped ears that don't quite stand up.  He is friendly toward small and large dogs, eagerly wagging his tail to make friends.  He counts cats, chickens, and even pigs among his friends.  He is a champ around little kids, just wanting to get lots of pats.  Gilbert is about 2 years old and came to us from a local shelter.  He is a great guy who clearly excels at making chums.  Gilbert will do best in a home where he doesn't have to be confined to a crate.  He loves to be with his person and gets a bit anxious when his person isn't around.  Gilbert is heart worm positive and is being treated by HADR.
