He is definitely a people pleaser and tries very hard to do exactly what is asked of him
Devon has natural ears and tail and has a wonderful black and tan coat. He's on the taller side and weighs about 80 lbs. You'll never meet a sweeter dog. He's so grateful to be in a house with his own bed, food and water bowls. He even LOVES his crate.
He's a very quiet dog and will bark occasionally when outside, but has yet to bark inside the house. He is playful but a bit on the shy side - no wonder with all the changes and stress that this poor boy has gone through. Each day he gets more and more comfortable. In general, he's a happy dog who wags his tail a lot and is so pleased to get attention and love. A sad statement on the life this guy had prior to coming to rescue was summed up by his current foster home, "I just don't think he's ever been around any nice people before". Once again the true, trusting and resilient nature of the Doberman comes through and Devon appears to want to give people a second chance. Will you be a part of changing this great dog's life?
