Ben

Ben sports a perfect ear crop and is as sweet as they come.

This little charmer is 2 year old Ben. He was surrendered to a shelter along with Isis and baby. He is healthy, is neutered, good natured and is ready to go on to his next adventure.

Update - March 2010: Ben now know as Rocky, was adopted last year from HADR. Unfortunately, he is now a victim of a failed marriage with neither party able to continue to provide care for him. Thes great boy is now looking for a new home.

We believe there is a real need for breed education. There are many reasons Doberman Pinschers end up in shelters, become stray or abandoned. We seek to make the general public aware that Doberman Pinschers are companion animals; not guard dogs to be left in a yard. We inform people of the importance of proper socialization, the need for training for a dog of any age, and the activity requirements of a working breed.
