Madison
She is simply an awesome girl – a sweet and playful pup!
Madison is an 8 month old blue Doberpuppy. Like most “blues” she has a tendency toward a dry, coarser coat. Madison had the misfortune of being in the home of an inexperienced couple who, through ignorance of the breed and their needs, ignored her worsening condition. Further, they kept her confined in the backyard without a lot of socialization. We fear that the other pup in the household may have eaten her food, because she is pitifully thin and is nervous when other dogs go around her food bowl and will cease eating, perhaps anticipating that it will be taken from her.
Now, Madison is in a nurturing home and being given the proper medical care and nutrition. Currently living with two small children (2 ˝ and 4 years), another puppy, a cat, and a rabbit, Madison is playful with other dogs and gentle. Once this blue baby finds a loving family to call her own, she will be the perfect family dog. She will wait patiently in her crate for the kids to return home. She will be eager to head out back with them to work out some of that boundless energy (makes you wonder if we’re talking about the dog or the kids, doesn’t it?!). Once everyone is tuckered out, she’ll settle down with the family and watch a good movie.
